PARTICIPANT SURVEY: Solar Hot Water and PV

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the Perth Solar City Home Solar Hot Water and Solar PV Survey's is FREE and open only to households who had a solar hot water and/ or a solar PV system installed through Perth Solar City;

2. Entrants to the Perth Solar City Solar Hot Water and Solar PV Survey's must be at least 18 years of age;

3. Entrants agree that Perth Solar City may use all personal information: that is, names, addresses, postcodes, email addresses and phone numbers solely for the purposes of the Competition's to notify winning entrants;

4. The Competition's will commence on Monday 24 September 2012. Entries are to be received no later than 5.00pm on Wednesday 3 October, 2012. Any entry received after that time will be invalid;

5. No responsibility will be taken for lost or late entries;

6. Entrants may enter into the Competition's by:
(a) Returning Perth Solar City Solar Hot Water and/ or Solar PV survey's with provided pre-paid envelope to Perth Solar City; or

(c) Entering the URL into a web browser provided in entry information provided to eligible households;

7. Each entrant may submit one entry per survey only. To ensure the security of the Competitions, Perth Solar City will monitor whether or not entrants have entered more than once per survey. Subsequent entries by the same entrant will be disqualified;

8. From all entries to the Perth Solar City Solar Hot Water and/ or Solar PV Survey's, one individual household from each survey will be selected at random to receive a $200 gift card from Coles Myer;

9. Winning entrants will be notified by telephone or email;

10. The prize is not redeemable for cash;

11. The decisions in relation to any aspect of the Competition's will be final and binding upon every entrant who enters into the Competition's and no further correspondence will be entered into;

12.  Perth Solar City shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize/s or entering into the Competition's;

13. By submitting an entry to these Competitions, you acknowledge that you agree with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
